Delivery Policy
Local Orders (Singapore):
- A delivery fee of SG$1.99 applies for all orders locally.
- All local deliveries are handled through registered/trackable postage.
- Packages may face shipping delay depending on the courier.
Important Delivery Information:
- Please confirm that your delivery address is correct; incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.
- Charges apply for re-delivery of both local and international packages.
Exchange/Refund Policy
General Terms:
- Mije Seoul reserves the right to accept or reject requests for exchanges and refunds.
- Valid claims will be addressed with a one-for-one item exchange if stock is available, or a refund via store credit.
- No cash refunds are available, and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Eligibility for Exchange/Refund:
- Returns must be due to incorrect deliveries or other issues upon receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and retain their original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges for local orders must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Returns must be shipped back using a tracked delivery method. Mije Seoul is not responsible for losses incurred through untraceable shipping methods, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Minor stains or loose threads that may occur during the manufacturing process are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange Process:
- Upon receipt and verification of the return, exchanges or store credits will be processed.
- For exchanges where the new item is of equal or lesser value, no additional payment is required. If the new item costs more, customers will need to pay the difference.
- Items bought with discount codes are eligible for exchange unless otherwise stated. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Third-Party Purchases:
- Items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for exchange or refund through Mije Seoul.
